How to Manage My Subscription (Upgrade/Downgrade/Cancel)?

After signup a plan in Backlink.Watch, we will send out 2 emails to you.

1st email is for login information and a temporary password.

2nd email is the subscription receipt for the trial and subscription management portal info.

To manage your subscription,

1. Please login the subscription management portal via https://backlink.watch/customer-dashboard/ (Please check "reset password" in case you need to reset it.)

   

2. Select "Subscription" in Point 1 -> and click one of your subscriptions in point 2

   

3. Expand the sub-menu in point 1 (or visit https://backlink.watch/customer-dashboard/?tab=dashboard&model=subscription&action=index ). You can now upgrade/downgrade/cancel the subscription.
