How to Cancel Your Baclink.Watch Trial / Paid Subscription?

After submitting the trial request, the system will send out 2 emails from b-subscription [at] backlink.watch

1st email is for login information and a temporary password.

2nd email is the subscription receipt for the trial and subscription management portal info.

To check and cancel/terminate your trial and/or paid subscription,

1. Please login the subscription management portal via https://subscription.backlink.watch/portal/signin/backlinkwatch-subscription-portal (Please check "reset password" in case you need to reset it.)

   

2. Select "Subscription" in Point 1 -> and click one of your subscriptions in point 2

   

3. Expand the sub-menu in point 1. You can now cancel the subscription(s) under the client portal.
